Recruitment Coordinator, Stonehouse

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy, friendly HR team and manage all day-to-day recruitment activities, assisting the HR Manager and HR Advisor with the development of the recruitment strategy and improvement of recruitment processes.

About the Role:

As our Recruitment Coordinator you will need to build strong relationships with hiring managers across the business in order to understand their requirements, manage their expectations and keep them updated throughout each recruitment process.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Recruitment Advertising and Resourcing

Managing applications

Organising and facilitating interviews

Managing recruitment agencies

Tracking and reporting

Offers and Onboarding

What we are looking for:

Education and Qualifications

  • Good standard of general education 
  • Recruitment qualification (e.g. CertRR or CertIHR)

Experience

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment Co-ordinator or Resourcer role (in-house or agency)
  • Previous experience using applicant tracking systems 
  • Previous experience in a customer service role

Skills, Knowledge and Personal Attributes

  • Personable and able to build rapport with a range of different people 
  • Confident using a range of communication methods (telephone, email, face to face)
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Well organised and able to prioritise
  • Good IT knowledge, able to use applicant tracking systems and MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of recruitment attraction methods and techniques
